What type of stories do teens usually write?

What type of stories do teens usually write? Like I am about 15, and I was inspired to write a story about an office affair where the floor manager falls in love with the branch manager. Haha just like the Office, but i never really got inspired from that show. Anyway, it's kind of funny, there's a few swears, yeada yeada. I mean, I suck at LA like horribly. I am taking the lower stream for high school because I have LD in la. Not that teachers care or not, or that I hate LA as well, but I am somehow really good at stories. Is that kind of odd?
