Why do people not understand that the president is busy and has very little time to work on jobs/economy?

he has major kinetic military operations that require time, his head touches the carpet 5 times a day, then there is golf, basketball and parties 5 days a week at the white house when he is in town. plus he spends time with his kids., then he has to deal with politicians, lets face the fact he has very little if not no time to focus on jobs when he is leading the country and saving america from doom every day. people need to stop winning about the economy while the president saves america from certain doom.
