How should I tune my system?

I have two solo baric l7 12 inch powered by a t2500 rockford mono amp wired at 2 ohm. I have it connected to a 1400 amp kinetic battery. How should I tune it to get the best out of my subs without damaging them? I don't know how much they can take. thanks
