How many people do you think neglect to follow this relationship advice? and what do u think of it?

That is excellent advice. Looking outside yourself for happiness is chasing a false dream. Happiness comes from within. You can't expect anyone else to make you happy. When you do have that internal happiness you become extremely attractive to others.
