Canon lense - Tamron or Sigma?

Probably the Tamron. However, even though the Canon zoom is expensive it is only the difference in price. I bought a Canon zoom years ago for my old SLR and believe me they are worth every penny. So if you possibly can, wait and save up for the genuine article. You will then have a lens which does justice to the body.
